Lourdas Greek Restaurant Greek
50 N. Bryn Mawr Ave, Bryn Mawr, PA 610.520.0288
Fabulous BYOB cash only greek fare with a simple but complete menu. No carb diet? No problem, simply ask them to swap out the side of rice for there signature spinich. Never before have I craved spinich. It gets a little loud, so go with friends; if you can't beat 'em join 'em. |

Carmine's Creole Restaurant Creole/Cajun
818 W Lancaster Ave, Bryn Mawr, PA 19010 610.520.9100
Once one of my favorite restaurants, I am sorry to say has become mundane. Hard to get in, no longer a BYOB, and the lowered level of personal service adds to the lack of pizzazz his Narberth bistro once had. What an expensive disappointment. Let's hope it's just growing pains. |

Ha Long Bay Vietnamese
816 W Lancaster Ave, Bryn Mawr, PA 19010 610.525.8881 or 610.525.8883
On a bitter cold night when cooking is not an option, try Ha Long Bay's Spicy Beef Hue Style Pho and Noodle Soup. Now that's a soup that "eats like a meal." Take out or eat in, it's a great alternative for fast food. |

Alison's of Blue Bell Contemporary American cuisine
721 Skippack Pike, Blue Bell, PA 19422 215.641.2660
Ok, it's not officially on the Main Line, but her crab cakes alone are worth the drive. A well rounded menu, great for an intimate dinner or a small group of friends, and the personalized service makes this already cozy atmosphere feel like an extension of a private party. BYOB or in-house, you make the choice. Brilliant concept. |

Sang kee Asian Bistro Asian Fusion
339 E. Lancaster Ave, Wynnewood, PA 19096 610.658.0618
There's wonton soup, and then there's Sang Kee wonton Soup. Fresh, innovative, with a spa like atmosphere, you can have the best of both worlds at this unexpected gem in Wynnewood. Be prepared to wait, this is a hot spot for the locals for good reason. |

Khajuraho India Indian
12 Greenfield Ave, Ardmore, PA 19003 610.896.7200
Truth be told, this may not be the best sampling of authentic Indian food. With that said, location and atmosphere make this the best Indian restaurant in town. Having married into the culture, I have been to a lot of Indian restaurants, and this, by far, takes the cake for décor. No overwhelming ethnic music or fast food furniture, this restaurant has more to offer then just the food, which is pretty great if you haven’t had a “desi” explain Chicken Tikka Masala is not Indian. |

The Grog Pub Fare
863 Lancaster Avenue, Bryn Mawr, PA 19010 610.527.5870
This is truly the bar where everyone knows your name. Great pub food, personalized service with a smile, and plenty of TVs with all the local sport channels make this a favorite hang out for all. Make sure to get there early for a big game, the downstairs bar is the place to be and it fills up fast. |

Mederteranian Grill Mederteranian
870 W Lancaster Avenue, Bryn Mawr, PA 19010 610.525.2627
At one time, dining at Mediterranean Grill meant standing in line for an hour, or worse, turned away when you had shown up without reservations. Now a days, the food is still great, but no more long wait. The lunch menu, different from the dinner menu, is equally fabulous, and a great oasis on a long day of shopping along Lancaster. Be careful of parking in Bryn Mawr, the meter maids are out for blood. One minute late and you might as well enjoy your lunch and pay the ticket on the way home. |
