My clients deserve the best. If I go to contract on your home within 30 days of listing your home, you save money! That’s right, you only pay 4.5% total commission. Because when I save time and money on marketing and time, so should you! Want more incentive? If I can sell it myself, you pay 3.5% total commission. That’s it. It’s that simple.
“60 Day Guarantee”
If I can’t get your home sold within 60 days, I will pay you $500.00 when your house does sell. Why would we do this? Statistics show that when a home is priced right when new on the market, it sells in optimal time — in the first 60 days. This is not a gimmick to get your listing. This is for serious sellers who are dedicated to selling their home and are realistic about current market trends. The price needs to be agreed upon by both parties as a realistic price for optimal salability. It’s a great opportunity to quit beating around the bush and worry about packing boxes, not selling your home.
